The Story

The journal inside your Belief Runners Mindset Box is more than pages. It is a space to pause, reflect, and notice the ways belief grows.
The journal is where your steps turn into self discovery. It is a place to recognize how far you have come and to remind yourself of what is possible.

Each journal includes a bookmark with prompts designed to help you see your progress, capture your strength, and connect your movement with your mindset.
